Vegetarian Restaurants in Orlando

I'm going to a conference in Orlando in a few weeks. I will be accompanied by a vegetarian colleague. Any good recommendations for a restaurant in the area of the Orange County Convention Center?

As a fellow veggie, I would recommend Seasons 52, Memories of India, Nile Ethiopian.
Also, Emeril's Tchoup Chop has a few veggie dishes on their new menu but I haven't had the chance to try them yet.

In town are Ethos and Funky Monkey (table service restaurants) and Dandelion and Drunken Monkey (coffee/tea houses with food). Dandelion and Ethos are completely vegetarian (vegan, actually, in the case of Ethos) whereas the other two always have several vegetarian options. But they may be too far to drive if you want to stay close to the convention center.

Oops, I just recalled; Ethos has waiters but you place your order at the counter. So "table service" is misleading, sorry.
