Now you may call me crazy, but a while back while enjoyin' my breakfast at Roscoe's the waitress spilled half a glass of OJ in my coffee. No worry, honey, I tell her jes leave that mess here. Took a sip. MMmmmm. Taste good, and refreshin' too! Coffee n' OJ, who woulda thunk it? What should I call this drink? Well, since the Arnold Palmer is ice tea 'n lemminade, let's call this one the TIGER WOODS. Are you with me?

I get cravings for the orange coffee that is sold at McNulty's Tea and Coffee on Christopher St. in NYC. There are bits of rind with the beans. A bit of sweetener accentuates the orange flavor and a bit of cream or half and half makes it rich. Yum! I wonder if there's such a thing available in LA...

Believe it or not, Hamburger Hamlet makes a pretty decent one. But I think it also depends on the waitress. Sometimes its all stirred up but usually through the large glass, you can see the pretty differentiation in color, ice tea on the bottom half, lemonade on the top. Incidentally, its usually been the one in Hollywood that I've had it served best.
