ISO: Dog-friendly, serves alcohol, WeHo area (Thursday evening)

My dad is coming to visit and bringing his 2 sheepdogs...I'm trying to find a restaurant for dinner for Thursday night for 5 people and 2 dogs. My first thought was BLD, but they don't serve alcohol outside. Any ideas? Great food, entrees under $20 and a nice wine list would be perfect. Thanks in advance!!

Foundry on Melrose! I was there recently and there was an adorable giant bulldog dining on the patio. Live music. Good drinks. Interesting food. Did I mention the bulldog? Also, I read in this week's Los Angeles Times that the Foundry has revamped the menu and lowered the prices because of the economy.
