Interesting article recently in The Daily Yomiuri about CIA trained chef, Ivan Orkin, and his ramen shop, Ivan Ramen, in Tokyo.

In this photo, he is holding an "Ivan Ramen" instant ramen, now available at Sunkus convenience stores throughout Japan. That itself is an achievement!
