Texas/Mexican Barbeque (Cow Heads)

I am looking for an LA area barbeque location for cow head barbeque, i.e., the traditional Tex-Mex barbequed cow heads....any help?

you can get a mexican version of it at a 24/7 taco stand on slauson in vernon or maywood, place is called something like El Inka Azteca, it's a bright yellow building on the north side of the street. Best cabeza I've found in Los Angeles...
