I followed up on them and found great sources of duck in various forms but fat only in those little 7oz packs for $8-$9 each. However, I called Harvest ( a local gourmet restaurant) and they suggested Neesvigs (a purveyor based in Windsor). Neesvigs will sell me a 3.5 lb tub for $18. That's about 2 quarts.
