        <content>Any suggestions on what to do with cashews and boneless chicken breasts?  I would prefer not to do a stir fry.  Thanks for all suggestions! </content>

      <content>1- chopped up the cashews and coat the breasts before sauting or baking,
2- grind the cashews to a paste and make sate's
3- cook the chicken breasts anyway you like and add the cashews to rice, cous cous or the salad.

      <content>Pound the chicken breasts really thin and fill with a mixture of chopped up cashews and sauteed spinach. You can add some goat cheese to keep the filling intact. I would probably marinate the chicken cutlets first. 

Stir fry chicken with cashews and a sweet/sour sauce is one of my favorite quick and easy things to make.. </content>

      <content>grill the chicken, put on a salad, sprinkle with cashews, whatever you have on hand.  Put  your favorite dressing on it.  you could also dip the breasts in panko crumbs and cashew crunbs and saute and serve with white wine butter sauce</content>
