Lenten events / church dinners? (Baltimore)

What local church dinners / Lenten events are you aware of?

I've already ordered my padded oysters from St Francis on Harford Rd. I recall First United Church on Eastern Ave doing padded oysters (really tasty ones!) and coddies last year so may again (I'll have to keep an eye out).

What else is out there?

The Guide is pretty limited. Either there is really only one fish fry every Friday (Knights of Columbus in Dundalk and only 1 - 6) or they are missing things? Does anyone know of any others?

My BIL in OH goes to one every Friday. I didn't realize it was more of a mid-west thing...

Grab yourself a copy of East Baltimore Guide or Southside Guide. They list that sort of thing every week. Google it.
