Finding FreshDuck and Chicken From a Local Farm

I'm looking to find quality fresh whole free range chicken and duck in the south bay. I'd love to hear about any stores that sell the Chicken/Duck directly from a single source(farm) near by. Any farms that offer these products directly would also be of interest. Thanks
