Looking for good lunch suggestions Mexican or great burger for Southern San Antonio - along the mission trail. Thanks!

you cannot go wrong with Rosarios on South Alamo. It would be right at the start of the trail, or end, depending on how you do it. It is right down the street from the Alamo, and on the way to the next mission. Great food, fabulous hot sauce, and great margaritas.

Right by Rosario's on St. Mary's is an awesome little place called Cascabel Mexican Patio. I loved their conchinita pibil! Best I've ever had.

My AAA map says San Fernando Cathedral is on Flores, by Doloroso or Market, just south of Commerce St.

For decent Mexican, try Nichas on Roosevelt right across from one of the missions.
For burgers, there's a Longhorn at City Base on Military.
There are many excellent hole-in-the wall Mexican restaurants in the area, but not right on the "trail" that I know of.
