(real) lard northern westchester?
I checked the 4-seasons in ossining but didn't see it. Possibly wasn't looking in the right place.
by real lard you mean real rendered pork lard (like you might find in a latin butcher shop), or do you want the higher end leaf lard (which I really haven't seen anywhere, but might be in really high end places like whole foods or fairway)?
Most latin butchers should have the former (i don't know Ossining well enough), as well as any Mexican place that makes chicharron, from which lard is a wonderful byproduct.
