Hi, I am a Portland foodie attending a 5 day workshop coming up and will have an hour for lunch daily, and am perfectly willing to dash out in a 10 minute radius of the hotel to eat at a different yummy SF spot each day (and oh well if I get back a little late to a lecture, thats OK if the food is worth it!)...I would love to eat a variety of cuisines, willing to pay up to $25 a lunch including tip, Take out is acceptable if otherwise my time limit would preclude enjoying my meal. I will be Barting back to Berkeley every night and dolng the family thing, so hoping to make the most out of lunch. Can you help me out?

My two cents: of that list I would not miss Tadich and Perbacco, and would add La Mar if you like ceviche (or don't mind imbibing a pisco sour during lunch).

In addition to Taylor's, lots of stuff in the Ferry Building, and a farmers market out front on Tuesdays at midday. For take out even closer to the Hyatt, I like Focaccia on Sacramento.
