Flanken-style braised beef ribs-cooking time

Very first time making ribs--I am making 2 pounds of these in a 9x13 Pyrex. Recipe says to cook "at 350°F degrees until meat is done."

About how much time am I looking at here? 2 hours? I've got no clue. TIA.

  1. It's done when the meat comes off the bone easily. 350°F is reltively high heat for flanken so I'd start checking after an hour and a half but your estimate of 2 hours sounds right to me.
