Dinner at Dovetail - what to order?

Four of us are going to Dovetail for a birthday dinner. I have never gotten a bad suggestion from Chowhound and I'm REALLY looking forward to this dinner. What dishes would you guys recommend as a must-have?

I went to Dovetail last Thursday. It was excellent! I wouldn't recommend the foie gras app, but would definitely recommend the venison or the steak on the tasting menu. Both desserts (bread pudding and hazelnut something) were very disappointing. Skip the dessert and go somewhere else. Other than the dessert, the whole meal was solid.

Of the appetizers, duck hearts are absolutely incredible, and other good ones are chowder, crab ravioli, lamb tongue. For main courses, cod and duck. For dessert, the bread pudding is a must.

Clam Chowder soup was really good. Didn't love the rest of my meal.
