Seattle: would you suggest reservations at these?
We're going to be in Seattle late April & early May. We've thoroughly enjoyed reading threads about Seattle restaurants (thank you all) & have narrowed our short list for dinner to:
Kappo
Kisaku
Market Grill
Nishino
Ocho
Ray's Boathouse
Txori
Would you suggest getting reservations at any of those for non-weekend nights? Thanks much. Cheers!

Kappo is our go-to sushi, place, love it and our #1 hands down. Nishino is wonderful too, but the two are in opposite areas of Seattle if you are trying to stay near a certain area. Kisaku we tried going to multiple times and had not very nice service from the hostess, the whole "ohhh, you don't have a reservation?" attitude on a weeknight at opening and the place was empty. Finally went to Kisaku for lunch and thought it was ok, but I prefer Kappo, IMO.

It depends on what time you want to go out. We usually make reservations if we want to eat between 7-8:30 pm. Earlier or later usually work out as walk ins. A few of these places may not take reservations but it never hurts to call.
Kisaku, Nishino and Txori are personal favorites.

Ray's yes, it can't hurt. Txori is like a bar, I don't even know if they take reservations. Market Grill in Pike Place? If it's what I am thinking of, it's a walk up sandwich place, and it's closed. I don't know for the others. Good luck.
