Top NEW Philly Steakhouses??

Had to ask my fellow chows what would be your pick for NEW TOP STEAKHOUSE...
UNION TRUST on Chestnut or Steven Starrs new BUTCHER & SINGER in the old Striped Bass space. Reviews I've read were mixed. Appreciate any feedback, opinions etc.

I was not impressed with Butcher and Singer at all. Haven't been to Union Trust. There's also Del Frisco's.

None have blown me away. Still prefer Capital Grille and Barclay Prime. I feel more restaurants need time to work out the kinks.
