I just had one of the best pastries from didier and dumas

I've been to didier and dumas in nyack, a few times, but never noticed this one pastry I bought last night. It was so good, so simple, I just had to write about it. I don't know the name, it's a fan shaped wafer cookie, with a raspberry jam filling. It was fairly reasonable, 2.25. The flavor was buttery, the jam tart, contrasting the dusting of powdered sugar. The pastry was so crisp and flaky, it was just so good. I am now eating my leftover piece with a cup of milky irish breakfast tea.
