Massis Bakery Spinach & Feta Bouregs

I think these are absolutely amazing heated up in the toaster oven. The dough become crispy on the outside but soft as a pillow inside. The spinach and feta filling is savory and not so greasy that it sullies the dough. Unheated, these are average but heated up they are transcendant.

Some like Arax and Sevan better... arguments, please.

Don't forget to pick up some baba ghanoush while you're there. goodness that stuff is good.

Everything in Massis is wonderful. I cannot argue you with you there. I love their spicy hummus. eggplant salad and green olive salad. The people that work there are especially nice. Sevan makes delicious prepared foods. Arax has some interesting groceries and beautiful tomatoes and jam.
