Quick trip this AM to try some places I have missed and pick some previously enjoyed goodies. Cheese Plus for some Cabot Cloth Bound Cheddar. Thorough Bakery for a delicious crispy crusted baguette and a taste of chocolate bread, sinful. Tartine Bakery for a morning bun, better than La Farine and Masse's but with unfair advantage with sticky, gooey, chewy caramel. Bi Rite to replenish my ginger spread. Baby Blues BBQ for some brisket. Still waiting to taste, but seems more like shredded or pulled beef. Last but not least to Rainbow for the fabulous Neal's Yard Stichelton raw milk "Stilton". Between 1 and 2 I passed Craig's Place and saw an omelet delivered that looked as big as my forearm. I do not like you Randy Newman. So how is the breakfast there? I don't see much on this board.

For more on Craig's Place, do a search on Toast (locations on Church and on 24th). The menu and food are identical; have no idea why the Guerrero outpost is called Craig's Place. They're all very popular, nothing special in my mind but serviceable for no-frills breakfast (and lunch) chow.
