I'm desperate to find a shop that sells a huge variety of dry pasta in Manhattan. I'm looking for the Manhattan equivalent to the Pasta Store in Ozone Park.
Setaro is the dry brand to acquire there.Actually, they don't have that many different brands but sometimes many shapes of Setaro.Sometimes, they don't have many shapes.
Buon Italia in Chelsea Market
That's perfect. You are a rockstar
Agreed w/this. Have found some great pasta there.
Lot's of varieties of pasta at Buon Italia but some of it is very pricey.
