Reservation Mermaid Inn EV question
I just made a reservation for tonight at Mermaid Inn through OpenTable. When I got the email confirmation, at the bottom it says the following:
"Please note: This reservation does not qualify for the NYC&Co Restaurant Week prix-fixe menu".
I wasn't planning on going with a RW prix fixe, but what if I were to change my mind? I am just perplexed by this and slightly put off. Has anyone seen this before?

I think that's just an standard disclaimer for all restaurants that arent offering RW prix fixes, because to my knowledge, Mermaid Inn has never offered a RW menu before. (they wouldnt need to to as a three course meal there would generally average around $35-$45 anyway)

Last week I ate at Mermaid Inn and they are having a great early-bird deal. You get a beer, a lobster roll and french fries for $20. I believe the deal is on weekdays at dinner til 7:00PM. I highly recommend it. I will be going back for more next week!
So that's not a RW special, but it is a good deal in the early-bird future to think about.
