That's a $30 roast duck. I was thinking of getting one and making my own sides. Has anyone ever tried it? Does it feed four people decently?
I had it once, but it has been a number of years ago. It was fairly dry, so I never was inclined to try it again. I was always happy with their sides and other dinner options.
Why not roast your own duck? For $30 you could probably roast two. A single duck is not likely to feed 4 people for dinner, if they're hungry. A roast duck is really pretty thin on the meat... why I recommend roasting 2.
I have houseguests and a baby and want something low-impact.
