So is the seared wasabi crusted tuna and the Salmon Tempura Roll. There arent many restaurants in Rockland County with very good to excellent high quality food. Peter's restaurants consistently fit this bill. The service can be spotty but I believe that's a result of a small available pool of people in Rockland that are able to serve well in a fine dining restaurant.
