Where to go for coffee/dessert in theatre district

What do you suggest for a quick coffee and/or dessert in the theatre district?

    Incredibly touristy, but Juniors has great cheesecake and desserts

      First place that comes to mind is Kyotofu on 9th Avenue. Japanse desert restarant.
