Need Trotters To Go like place near West Loop.

I know Lincoln Park isnt' too far, but would like to give a friend of ours a gift certificate for a place in her neighborhood + she has a new baby and doesn't want to cook or travel too far. Is there a Trotters to go type place near west loop? Maybe like Artopolis....
