Good, Cheap Brunch Near Gov Cntr or Aquarium?

I'm looking to meet some friends from East Boston halfway - and that seems to be Government Center and Aquarium. I admit to knowing very little about brunch in Boston (despite being here for the better part of 9 years) as I much prefer to make it myself. I am looking for something priced in the middle range, probably along the lines of Zaftigs. Any suggestions?

I've never tried it, but Kinsale also has breakfast/brunch on the weekends. I'm betting SDLT has the superior food, but Kinsale may be closer in price to Zaftigs. Right across Cambridge St from the Gov't Center T.

Kingston Station on Kingston Street has a good brunch. Most dishes are $10 or so.

Sel de la Terre next to the Aquarium has a $21 brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
