Mosaica - tasting menu

My wife and i recently had the pleasure of experiencing the 6 course tasting menu at Mosaica. It was truly outstanding. Among the dishes we had were pumpkin soup, seared tuna, duck, sweetbreads, merguez sausage, chateuabriand and a wonderful desert. Each of the dishes was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented - with a variety of flavors and textures. We thought it was well worth the $70 cost.

Wow - I miss that place! Just moved to NYC for Elizabeth a few months ago..and although we have so many kosher options here, Mosaia is really special and an INCREDIBLE value. We never had the tasting menu - not sure if it is new or I just never noticed the option. You are actually tempting me to make the trip back to try it....

mosaica is in millburn. it is really really good. we went for brunch and were delighted!

Is it a totally fixed menu, or are you allowed some choices?

The chef decides what you will have. If there is anything you really can't stomach, you might be able to tell them not to serve.
