The general meat quality at the local supermarkets is atrocious here. You can't find a decent steak anywhere near here. I don't want to have to go down into Manhattan to feed the need. Any good butchers in the hood? Thanks!

If you need a better supermarket shopping experience, go to Bonavita at 3151 Westchester Avenue. It's the best supermarket in the hood.

Little Italy is not super close but not too far either. Try one of the many on Arthur Avenue. I go to Vincent's.

Ditto on Arthur Ave. I'm a fan of Biancardi's, especially for veal.
