Brown rice flour

I've been searching for this and some sort of bulk-foods store. Any suggestions?

Frenco (3985 Boul Saint-Laurent) should have it along with a lot of bulk-foods. I haven't been in for a while, but last time I dropped by (around new years day) they were trying to empty out the store for an upcoming renovation. I guess they should have been done by now, but just a heads up.

Although I've never been, Anatol (6822 boulevard Saint-Laurent) is another good source for bulk items.

If you don't want to buy it bulk, the prepackaged Milanese is available very readily at most big grocery stores, and organic oriented smallish stores like Segal. Their products are solid.

I'm pretty sure i've also seen Bob's Red Mill brown rice flour, in the organic sections of Loblaws and Metro.

Check health foods stores or some markets (including some supermarkets) for Milanaise products. I'm sure they make brown rice flour. Their website is: lamilanaise.com
