cheesemaking in edmonton

where can i get supplies for this? I need citric acid and liquid rennet. a variety of cultures would be nice too. i could get this online, but it would be much easier to pick it up in town. any ideas?

    1. I found Citric Acid at the Italian Centre under the name Lemon Salt, I ordered powder rennet from Danlac.
