March 1-10 is Restaurant Week Maine (http://www.restaurantweekme.com), with about 50 participating restaurants state wide offering set-price menus ($20.09, 30.09, 40.09). The majority are in Portland, but a sprinkling range from Bethel to Augusta to Camden and down to Ogunquit. Great opp to try something new. See the website for menus, details, and special events. Should be a great week for foodies. Make reservations early.
