I love all types of food and sometimes it is hard to settle down to one dish. Can you recommend some places where I can get a variety of food. Often there are chinese and italian buffent but I like southern cooking and spanish food as well.

I haven't been in a few years, but Galito's in Mount Vernon has(d) a Portuguese buffet on Friday nights. It was good, but I think the food at Doca's in Ossining is much better, and while not a buffet, Doca's is for now BYOB...so with the money you save on vino you can order more food! For what it is, I think King Buffet (Chinese) in Peekskill is pretty good.

2nd on King Buffet. They've been consistently good since opening and always adding new things to the mix!

Indian buffets are always awesome! I love Royal Palace in Greenburgh for their variety and quality. Tandoori in Port Chester, even though i haven't been there in a while has great food, but doesn't offer a lot of variety (but they have the staples like chicken tikka masala and saag paneer). I went to Spice Village in Tuckahoe for buffet when they first opened and I loved it. Unfortunately, if you don't like to try new things, this place won't work. When I went, I didn't know any of the dishes, but they were so delicious and Im glad i tried them because i discovered new favorites!
