New Grocery Outlet in Hayward Soon

There's a new Grocery outlet opening in Hayward sometime soon. Got a blurb in my mailbox with the obligatory notice that someone within 500 feet wants to sell liquor. The store will be at the corner of B and Vermont, which also just happens to be around the corner from Val's. Mmmm, a new reason to come to the Haywardhood.

Are they going to keep the old Grocery Outlet in Hayward (426 W Harder Rd) or close it?
