Sushi House of Taka - Omakase?

I've eaten at Sushi House of Taka numerous times, but have yet to ask about an Omakase. Has anyone tried it? If so, how much did you pay, what'd you get, and how good was it?

Please let me know as I'm looking to try to head there this week.
