Has Pizzaiolo fixed their seating/reservation system yet?

Has Pizzaiolo fixed there reservation/seating system? The drinks are great (and even better bartenteress) and food almost always good (best pork belly ever when you can get it) but the experience has been so exceptionally negative because all I remember is waiting, and waiting, and waiting for a seat. They seem to have no clue who had reservations and who walked in first. They seem to seat whoever gets in their face the most. It's not uncommon for people walk out in anger because walk-ins were seated before those with reservations who have waited for over 40min. Thoroughly aggravating mess the 4 times I've been and that's such a shame because I like their offerings. I haven't been back for over a year so I'm hoping it's been fixed. I'm also hoping they have the pork belly in again.

  1. I've eaten there many times and never had that problem. I've sometimes had to wait a bit for a table with a reservation, but nothing like what you describe. I've also found the host/hostess fairly responsive.

    1. I haven't had that problem either. I did get tired of the long wait (for walk-ins) a couple years back & now only go there w/ a reservation, which works fine for me. Have only had to wait maybe 10 min. max w/ a reservation.
