I'm looking for a good tiramisu for a co-worker's birthday this week. Does anyone know of any bakery or restaurant that will sell a whole one for 8-10 people, either in Silver Spring or Rockville? Thanks.
Honestly, you can't really beat just making it yourself. Tastes better and saves a good deal of $$$
And I highly, highly recommend the Cook's Illustrated version. Trader Joe's is a good source of mascarpone.
In Chevy Chase, Maggianos sells really good whole and half trays of tiramisu.
I ordered one from Olazzo recently and it was really good.
Outta your specific area but just in case
Hi Hue, Can you tell me which issue of the David Rosengarten newsletter contains this article? I'm not finding it. Thanks!
Sorry....not sure of the issue.....
