Hello Chowhounders!

I am doing a report on Mole for a college course and as much as I wish I could cook it in my dorm I cannot. SO I need help finding the best Mole between Pasadena and anywhere in the Inland Empire. Any suggestions?

      If you're doing a report on mole you might want to check out the different vendors at Grand Central Market that sell different mole(s) and that might give you the information you need for your report.

        2. If you make it up the coast a bit...Maria Bonita in Ventura has awesome mole sauces. They have a lot of depth and flavor. Definately worth the drive for good Oaxacan. The people that run the place are super nice and would be happy to help you out.
