Vietnamese Food, Family Style?

lolaflower Feb 15, 2009 02:19 PM

Most Vietnamese restaurants I go to these days only serve noodles or rice dishes. But I'd like to relive my childhood and find a place that serves sour fish soup (canh chua ca) and clay pot pork belly (Thịt Kho To). Anyone know of a good restaurant in LA or SGV?

I'm not good at SGV but down here in OC we have Xanh Bistro...

Lee Kam Kee might - I'm not sure if they have those particular dishes, but their menu does go beyond the usual pho, bun, and sandwiches.

        Phong Dinh

It is definitely a family-style restaurant. Here's some more info: http://www.geocities.com/raytamsgv/vi...
