Not sure you're going to get a bruch menu on a Monday, but my breakfast rec close to the airport would be Howley's. It's about 5-7 minutes from the airport on Dixie in West Palm. Great retro diner atmosphere, great banana pancakes, and tasty bacon. There are also 50% off coupons on gogobogo.com, so it'll be a cheap breakfast. And if you want lunch, they have some good menu items for that too. There are also Denny's and IHOP just outside the enterance, but I would always go with the local places over them.
