Papa Boudreaux's (Nashville) ... sort of

Anyone been here? It is all the way down in Santa Fe, pretty much out of the way of everywhere else, but it was good. We went on a whim last night and were really pleased. Not a big menu, written on the wall. BYOB. The Crawfish Etoufee and the Red Beans and Sausage were both huge, flavorful and amazingly authentic. We have friends in Lafayette, LA, right in the middle of Cajun country, and this food tasted like what we've had cooked for us by their friends and families.

Also, the chocolate bread pudding. ! It was good. I looked at the website and the menu on there is larger than what we saw, but if you like real cajun cooking, homestyle, this is worth the drive and whatever they are choosing to cook that night.
