I have been looking for a restaurant that makes their bolognese sauce with pork instead of a completely meat sauce. Anyone have suggestions? LA area please.
Uh, last I checked, pork was indeed meat. I'm assuming you mean "completely beef" correct?
As far as my spotty memory serves, Michelangelo in Silver Lake occasionally features Bolognese as a special and they use a combination of meats.
