I'm heading to P-town next week and need recommendations for a restaurant with a bar similar to the franklin, neptune, and silvertones in boston, or green street, central kitchen or craigie in cambridge. Just a small restaurant, with a bar, that has a comfortable vibe and solid food. Thank you.

Ross' Grill at the end of Whaler Wharf. Great food, wonderful wine program. I don't think they do cocktails. They even have a waterview and are open year round.
