Got a call from them a little while ago. Due to a snafu, they are BYOB for now. This is TEMPORARY.
No corkage fee for now.

Wow, that's a real shame for them (although it makes for a great deal for their customers). Restaurants make a lot of their money on selling alcohol, and in the case of S&S, they recently reduced the food prices on their menu A LOT, and I would assume they did so with the hope that they could still make money on alcohol. And coming right before their busiest day of the year, too. Oh well, it's good of them to try contacting everyone ahead of time!

do they still offer a tasting menu? i was just on the site and didn't see that any more...

Yes, they do. Although they are recommending that if you would like a tasting menu you should say so when you make your reservation.
