Breakfast in Wilmington
Has anyone been to Rafaella's on Wrightsville for brunch? Anyone tried the pink pig or Basics for breakfast? Is there any place out in Porter's Neck for brunch? I've driven by Leon's many times but cannot bring myself to go in. I so miss Artisan! Am not a fan of Boca's brunch or Sweet and Savory or Nofo. Love Bon Appetit but it is too far... Haven't been to Laterna because I am uninspired by the menu...and Boodles is kinda loud and average.

Brunch there is pretty good. Mostly different variations of egg benedict, french toast and then some other Italian things if you are looking more for a lunch meal. There space is very attractive. Also they offer $3.50 bloody mary's and mimosas! Leon's is pretty basic old south fare. They do have very good waffles. They allow smoking on half of the restaurant and this bothers me. The Basics, downtown is open and they are serving brunch.
