NOLA trip next month - questions

c

Heading to NOLA next month for three days and nights, first time there since just before Katrina.

We have several of our restaurants already decided on, wondering about how dressed up we need to be for these, as well as whether there is any particular dish not to be missed:

Nola (husband leaning towards tasting menu, had that last time and it was great)
Commanders Palace (jazz brunch)
Besh Steak at Harrahs (comped) (is this actually in Harrahs or one of the other hotels?)

Also looking for suggestions for a good crawfish lunch - staying at Harrahs without a car, so it needs to be walking or streetcar distance.

Thanks!!

I have not heard good things about NOLA recently but haven't been to judge.

Doesn't John Besh have a steak place in Harrahs?
