In praise of "Sierra Nevada" Cream Cheese

Their "Farmhouse Natural Cream Cheese" is a revelation -- simply delicious.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Cultured Milk & Cream, Sea Salt.

Spread (thickly, I admit) on Acme Cranberry and Walnut Bread ... well, that's why I'm writing this.

    2. Hmm, this got moved to the General board from the SF Bay Area board. Is this fresh, non-stabilized cheese in national distribution now? It used to be available only in Northern California.
