Does anyone know if they are closed for business?

Never a good sign when the website says they open at 4 and it's 4:30 and the phone just rings and rings

Yes, my husband saw the owner today and they are closing for sure.

In case anyone cares, I was in Pleasantville today and the Jackson & Wheeler is definitely closed....tables gone...place kinda emptied out...locked with no sign saying it is closed but it's pretty obvious now.

Sorry to hear there's an empty space in town, but did not like the attitude nor food at this place. Fingers crossed someone else will find the perfect solution to this empty space begging for a restaurant!

I agree with Nancy. Maybe something different will move in.

These are certainly tough times for restaurants. There's a noticeable difference in patronage these days. Even on weekends, popular restaurants are playing to smaller crowds. The less popular ones are empty.
