Szchwan in HK

I used to eat at the most wonderful Szchwanese (sp?) restaurant in HK - on Kowloon side, behind a square/ plaza, over a pedestrian walk way, up a small street, behind the Shangrila Hotel - it's name is something like "Kam Yuen ----------"... If anyone knows what I'm talking about, will you please give me the full name and address if you have it. I'm trying to give a recommendation to my step - mom - i used to live in hk and travel there often and it was the best food hands down that i experienced in the city.

thx for your help!!
