It is called Michel Cluizel and it is excellent and a little off the beaten path. Note that if you arrive after ABC Carpet and Home closes, you must enter through Lucy (restaurant around the corner).

Bought my SO an entire box of bonbons for Valentine's Day last year, he polished the whole thing off in a single day. I've also liked their chocolate bars and the chocolate confections shaped like giant cacao pods.
