Valentines day dinner on a budget in Alexandria/Arlington?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a nice place to go for Valentines Day that won't break the bank? We're having out-of-town guests this weekend who have never been up here before and would like to suggest a romantic restaurant with cheaper prices, but with great food. Thank you for your help!

You might try Tempo or La Porta. La Porta has much more atmosphere, and live piano or jazz during certain times. Las Tapas may also be a good choice, since you can easily scale the meal.
